Meeting packages

Would you like a package deal for your meeting? Then one of the following Golden Tulip Tjaarda Oranjewoud meeting packages might suit you.

8 hour package: € 54.50 per person.
Between 09:00 and 18:00
• Plenary room
• Overhead projector with screen and flip over
• Unlimited coffee, tea, ice water and 'meeting mints' during the meeting
• Notepad and pencil
• Meeting lunch. A comprehensive buffet lunch featuring two soups, two hot items, various types of bread and toppings, fresh fruit, dairy drinks and fruit juices.

You can also reserve this package between 13:00 and 21:00. Lunch is then replaced by a three-course dinner. Price including dinner: € 62.50 per person.

12 hour package: € 82.50 per person.
Between 09:00 and 21:00
• Same composition as the 8 hour package
• Plus delicious, three-course dinner provided by our culinary team.

Possible extras
• Hot snacks in the Grand Café (excluding drinks)             €   6.50 per person.
• Break buffet with fruit basket and fruit juices                    €  3.75 per person.
• Overnight stay with extensive breakfast buffet                 € 89.00 per person.

Prices excluding a possible single room surcharge of € 23.50 per night and tourist tax amounting to € 0.60 per person, per night.
